Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 3 days from the date of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags intact.

  • Customers are requested to carefully check the size chart before placing an order.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.

  • We do not provide reverse pickup at this time.

  • Customers are required to arrange return shipping from their end.

  • Alternatively, you may contact us at wearyourideaonline@gmail.com if you need assistance in arranging a pickup from your location (additional charges may apply).


Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or torn, please contact us at wearyourideaonline@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Kindly include clear images of the product for faster resolution.

  • Our team will review your request and respond within 48 hours.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale category items are not eligible for returns or refunds.


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

Refund Method

  • By default, refunds are issued as store credit, which can be used for future purchases on our website.

Additional Information

  • We do not charge any restocking fees.

  • WYI reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.
